Pumpkin Seeds!

Last week I had one day off, I spent it running lots of errands, picking up the house and making pumpkin seeds of course!!! :) Jacob had to work all day so first thing in the morning I went to the pumpkin farm and bought a nice big pumpkin. I took it to my parents house where we carved the pumpkin and cooked the seeds!! They were DELICIOUS!! Jake loved them!! I will definitely have to do it again while the pumpkins are still in season!
